Lovely site on the shores of the lake. Good size pitch for the MH. Good amenities (toilet block and shower) cafe / restaurant on site. Great location for walking / eating / exploring. Would stay again.
Great location by the lake. We were camped closed to the lake so had a lovely view. We were able to book at short notice beginning of July for a couple of nights. Dog friendly. Good access to supermarket and restaurants on foot.
Campsite on the lakeside of Maggiore, many pitches have a good lake view. Smart site, good facilities, pool and lake to swim in, bar and restaurant etc. Bus route only 200 metres away to further afield if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great site for a short or longer stop.
Bad experince with their booking Department. Made an inquiry on the website , after 4 weeks we had no response. Gave them a call, they said please await a written response. No response coming. We made a NEW inquiry, after another 2 weeks NO response. Poor Quality, now it is too late as we are going on holidays 😬
We stayed for 3 nights and found this to be an excellent site. Some of the best, cleanest and well maintained sanitary facilities around. Everything is well laid out and the staff at reception are a pleasure to deal with. The camper service area is also very handy and easy to access when arriving of leaving.
They have the audacity to rent out tent sites so close to the street it feels like you are camping next to a highway. -3 / 5 would not even sleep here for free.
Others closer to the lake (which is muddy and full of algae) may be better. But the audacity of them to let you sleep 25 meters next to a road is disgusting.
Nice campsite on the lake shore. We had a pitch with a lot of shade. But there are also a lot of pitches with hardly any shade. Clean toiletbuildings. Busier than expected for mid September. Good restaurant at the campsite. Friendly staff. The missing 5th star is because the garbage from the restaurant is collected, accompanied with a lot of noise by several cars, between 6 and 7 in the morning.
